Aleksandar Mitrovic
Abha (SBL) signed 29-year old Serbian forward Aleksandar Mitrovic (201-90). He played last season at Al-Khtot Al-Jawiya in Iraqi Superleague.
The previous (17-18) season Mitrovic played at Dinamo Tbilisi (also in Superleague) in Georgian where in 27 games he had 8.1ppg, 2.7rpg and 2.2apg. He helped them to win the league title.
Mitrovic represented Serbia at the European Championships U20 in Croatia nine years ago. His stats at that event were 8 games: 12.5ppg, 3.1rpg, 1.8apg, FGP: 39.1%, 3PT: 48.5%, FT: 85.0%.
Mitrovic is quite experienced player. He has played in eight different countries on three different continents (Europe, Asia and of course North America). Mitrovic has played previously professionally in Bulgaria (Academik Plovdiv), Greece (Peristeri GS Athens), Montenegro (Buducnost), Qatar (Al Ahli), Slovenia (Zlatorog), Sweden (Sodertalje Kings), Serbia (KK Partizan NiS Beograd, Metalac, KK Mladost Z Admiral Zemun, Vrsac and Mega Bemax) and North Macedonia (Rabotnicki).
